Chain-of-Custody held at the supplier level by Martco (FSC-C022036) and Boss Wood Products (FSC-C190932). Joma Wool batting is naturally flame-resistant. Smoulders, never melts. No chemical flame retardants added. Meets TB117-2013 fire safety through wool and construction alone, with no chemical flame retardants in any layer. Verid Bio-Core. 100% bio-based support foam: plant-derived polyols, no petroleum, not a polyurethane. The cover is Washed California Ash, Dorell performance fabric. What is your return and trial policy?
Every Covelle comes with a 60-day home trial. Live with it, use it, and if it's not right, we'll arrange pickup and a full refund. No restocking fees. A flat $199 return pickup fee covers logistics.
How long does delivery take?
Each piece is made to order with a lead time of 4-6 weeks. We don't warehouse furniture. We build it for you. Free white-glove delivery includes placement in your room and packaging removal.
Is assembly required?
Most Covelle pieces arrive fully assembled. Sectional configurations may require connecting modules, which takes under 10 minutes with no tools. We include clear instructions and a QR code linking to a video walkthrough.
How do I care for the materials?
Organic cotton covers are removable and machine-washable on a gentle cycle. For daily care, vacuum with a soft brush attachment. Blot spills immediately. The natural fibers are not treated with chemical stain guards, so prompt attention matters. A full care guide ships with every order.
Are the certifications independently verified?
Yes. Our active third-party certifications are FSC Chain-of-Custody for the hardwood frame (Martco C022036, Boss C190932), Declare Red List Free for Moore & Giles Burnham, Clive, and Preserve leather options (MAG-0014), and CDPH Standard Method v1.2 (Intertek Clean Air Gold, cert CA-82998-2026a) for leather emissions.
